por dimitris: ataque contra hsbc!
ayer por la noche (5/3/2021) detonamos un petardo en la sede del banco hsbc en zurich (gartenstrasse). Mostramos nuestra solidaridad con la lucha del preso político y revolucionario dimitris koufontinas en grecia, que ha estado en huelga de hambre durante más de 56 días y en huelga de sed durante más de 11 días. ¡Cumplimiento inmediato de sus demandas!
¿por qué hsbc? hsbc es el banco británico más grande y la presencia de gran bretaña en grecia después de la guerra civil griega fue uno de los principales objetivos antiimperialistas de la organización guerrillera 17 de noviembre, de la que dimitris era miembro. Gran Bretaña, del lado de Estados Unidos y la OTAN, se esforzó por hacer de Grecia un bastión del imperialismo en los Balcanes durante este período. incluido el apoyo a la junta militar de la década de 1970, que asesinó y torturó hasta que la presión de la calle -como el levantamiento estudiantil del 17 de noviembre de 1973- los arrasó. el gobierno británico estuvo y está (como el estadounidense) a la cabeza de la persecución del 17 de noviembre, con sus servicios secretos y otros instrumentos de contrarrevolución. esto todavía se puede ver hoy cuando los diplomáticos estadounidenses anunciamos que el gobierno griego no debería encogerse ni un milímetro frente a los dimitris. por lo tanto, hsbc, no hay un interior tranquilo para el imperialismo.
¿por qué hsbc? hsbc es uno de esos bancos donde la burguesía griega esconde de forma segura su dinero en el exterior. esto se puso de manifiesto en 2010 en el apogeo de la llamada «crisis del euro». mientras que en grecia gran parte de la población está empobrecida – desnutrición, falta de atención médica, presión psicológica – y la troika (unión europea, banco central europeo, fondo monetario internacional, con alemania a la cabeza) hizo todo lo posible para resolver la crisis atacando la clase y los peces gordos del país habían escondido su dinero en el exterior para empeorar su situación. la llamada «lista de almacén» reveló esto, alrededor de 2000 nombres de personas ricas de Grecia que habían depositado su dinero en cuentas secretas en la sucursal de hsbc en ginebra. Empobrecimiento del pueblo, mientras la burguesía intenta salvarse el culo en la intensificación de la lucha de clases. y por cierto: la esposa – mareva grabowski-mitsotakis – del actual primer ministro de grecia mitsotakis, quien es él mismo descendiente de una de las grandes dinastías griegas y personifica la venganza de la burguesía griega contra los dimitris, estaba por supuesto en el lista, que publicaron los ‘periódicos del paraíso’. por lo tanto, hsbc, no hay un interior tranquilo para la capital.
Con este ataque nos solidarizamos con el íntegro y revolucionario dimitris koufontinas, cuya historia y trascendencia no podemos apreciar suficientemente en estas líneas; se necesitan más palabras y, sobre todo, más acciones para hacerlo adecuadamente. representa parte de la historia de la lucha armada, parte esencial de todo proceso revolucionario. una parte de la historia que es de enorme calidad, tanto política como prácticamente: quien haya podido escapar del acceso de la contrarrevolución durante más de dos décadas, que pueda ejecutar acciones directas con tanta precisión y con tanta conciencia de las condiciones sociales, merece el mayor respeto de todos los revolucionarios. la historia del 17 de noviembre, la historia de dimitris muestra lo que es posible, muestra cuánta brillantez, impulso y potencial yace dormido en la clase, muestra que el cambio no solo es necesario sino también posible. hasta el final, dimitris toma un camino autodeterminado y recto, con plena y constante conciencia de la necesidad y posibilidad de romper con lo existente. su pedido está construido sobre arena – ¡¡¡fuerza y éxito para dimitris !!!

gestern nacht (5.3.21) haben wir am sitz der hsbc-bank in zurich (gartenstrasse) einen böller zur detonation gebracht. wir solidarisieren uns mit dem kampf des politischen gefangenen und revolutionärs dimitris koufontinas in griechenland, der seit mehr als 56 tagen im hungerstreik ist, seit mehr als 11 tagen im durststreik. sofortige erfüllung seiner forderungen!
warum hsbc? hsbc ist die grösste britische bank. und die präsenz grossbritanniens in griechenland nach dem griechischen bürgerkrieg gehörte zu einem der wesentlichen antiimperialistischen angriffsziele der kämpfenden organisation 17. november, der dimitris angehörte. grossbritannien – an der seite der usa und der nato – bemühte sich darum, griechenland in dieser zeit zu einer bastion des imperialismus am balkan zu machen. inklusive unterstützung für die militärjunta in den 70er-jahren, die mordete und folterte, bis der druck von der strasse – wie der aufstand der studierenden am 17. november 1973 – sie hinwegfegte. die britische regierung war und ist (genauso wie jene der usa) führend bei der verfolgung des 17. november dabei, mit ihren geheimdiensten und anderen instrumenten der konterrevolution. das zeigt sich bis heute, wenn us-diplomaten verlauten lassen, die griechische regierung solle keinen millimeter gegenüber dimitris zurückweichen. darum hsbc, kein ruhiges hinterland dem imperialismus.
warum hsbc? hsbc ist eine jener banken, bei der die griechische bourgeoisie ihr geld sicher im ausland versteckt. das zeigte sich 2010 auf dem höhepunkt der sogenannten ’euro-krise’. während in griechenland weite teile der bevölkerung verarmten – mangelernährung, fehlende medizinische versorgung, psychischer druck – und die troika (europäische union, europäische zentralbank, internationaler währungsfond, mit deutschland an der spitze) alles dafür taten, die krise mittels angriff auf die klasse abzuwickeln und deren situation weiter zu verschlechtern, hatten die bonzen des landes ihr geld im ausland versteckt. die sogenannte ’lagarde-liste’ legte das offen, rund 2000 namen von reichen menschen aus griechenland, die ihr geld auf geheimen konten bei der hsbc-filiale in genf deponiert hatten. verelendung für das volk, während die bourgeoisie den eigenen arsch zu retten versucht in der verschärfung des klassenkampfs. und nebenbei: die ehefrau – mareva grabowski-mitsotakis – des jetzigen premierministers griechenlands mitsotakis, der selber spross einer der grossen griechischen dynastien ist und die rachsucht der griechischen bourgeoisie gegen dimitris personifiziert, war natürlich mit dabei auf der liste, welche die ’paradise papers’ publizierten. darum hsbc, kein ruhiges hinterland dem kapital.
wir solidarisieren uns mit diesem angriff mit dem aufrechten revolutionär dimitris koufontinas, dessen geschichte und bedeutung wir in diesen zeilen nur unzureichend würdigen können – es bedarf mehr worte und vor allem mehr taten, um dies angemessen zu tun. er repräsentiert einen teil der geschichte des bewaffneten kampfs, wesentlicher bestandteil jedes revolutionären prozesses. einen teil der geschichte, der politisch wie praktisch von einer enormen qualität ist: wer über mehr als zwei jahrzehnte sich so dem zugriff der konterrevolution entziehen kann, wer direkte aktionen mit solcher präzision und aus einem solchen bewusstsein für die gesellschaftlichen verhältnisse heraus umsetzen kann, verdient den allerhöchsten respekt aller revolutionärInnen. die geschichte des 17. november, die geschichte von dimitris zeigt, was möglich ist, zeigt, wieviel brillianz, tatendrang und potential in der klasse schlummert, zeigt, dass veränderung nicht nur notwendig, sondern auch möglich ist. bis zum allerletzten geht dimitris einen selbstbestimmten aufrechten weg, in vollem und konsequentem bewusstsein für die notwendigkeit und möglichkeit des bruchs mit dem bestehenden. ihre ordnung ist auf sand gebaut – kraft und erfolg für dimitris!!!

last night (5.3.21) we detonated a firecracker at the headquarters of hsbc-bank in zurich (gartenstrasse). we are in solidarity with the struggle of the political prisoner and revolutionary dimitris koufontinas in greece, who has been on hunger strike for more than 56 days, thirst strike for more than 11 days. immediate fulfillment of his demands!
why hsbc? hsbc is the biggest british bank. and britain’s presence in greece after the greek civil war was one of the main anti-imperialist targets of the fighting organization 17 november, of which dimitris was a member. britain – alongside the usa and nato – strove to make greece a bastion of imperialism in the balkans during this period. including support for the military junta of the 1970s, which murdered and tortured until pressure from the streets – such as the student uprising of november 17, 1973 – swept it away. the british government was and is (as is that of

with this attack we show our solidarity with the upright revolutionary dimitris koufontinas, whose history and importance we can only pay insufficient tribute to in these lines – more words and above all more deeds are needed to do this adequately. he represents a part of the history of the armed struggle, an essential part of any revolutionary process. a part of history that is of an enormous quality, both politically and practically: whoever can evade the grip of counterrevolution for more than two decades in this way, whoever can carry out direct actions with such precision and out of such awareness of social conditions, deserves the highest respect of all revolutionaries. the story of november 17th, the story of dimitris shows what is possible, shows how much brilliance, drive and potential lies dormant in the class, shows that change is not only necessary but also possible. to the very last, dimitris walks a self-determined upright path, in full and consistent awareness of the necessity and possibility of breaking with the existing. their order is built on sand – strength and success for dimitris!!!!
